A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said: I vowed to sacrifice my she-camel and to do such and such. He said: ʿAs for your she camel, sacrifice it. But as for such and such, it is from the Shaitan.ʿ  

أحمد:٦٨٨حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

"عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِى ﷺ فَقَالَ: إنِّى نَذَرْتُ أَنْ أَنْحَرَ نَاقَتِى، وَكَيْتَ، قَالَ: أَمَّا نَاقَتكَ فَانْحَرْهَا، وَأَمَّا كَيْتَ وَكيْتَ فَمِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ".
