[Machine] "Not prohibited is what is set up erect. My father Abdullah bin Umar narrated to me from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ who said, 'Whoever creates an image will be punished, and it was mentioned by Hafs that he will be commanded to breathe life into it, but he will not be able to do so.'"  

أحمد:٦٣٢٦حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَى سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَهُوَ مُتَّكِئٌ عَلَى وِسَادَةٍ فِيهَا تَمَاثِيلُ طَيْرٍ وَوَحْشٍ فَقُلْتُ أَلَيْسَ يُكْرَهُ هَذَا قَالَ

لَا إِنَّمَا يُكْرَهُ مَا نُصِبَ نَصْبًا حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ مَنْ صَوَّرَ صُورَةً عُذِّبَ وَقَالَ حَفْصٌ مَرَّةً كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَنْفُخَ فِيهَا وَلَيْسَ بِنَافِخٍ
