[Machine] When he finished the prayer, he struck his thigh with his hand and said, "Should I not teach you the greeting of the prayer as the Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught us?" Then he recited these words to me, which means the statement of Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari in the Tashahhud.  

أحمد:٥٣٦٠حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَابَيِ الْمَكِّيُّ قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

فَلَمَّا قَضَى الصَّلَاةَ ضَرَبَ بِيَدِهِ عَلَى فَخِذِهِ فَقَالَ أَلَا أُعَلِّمُكَ تَحِيَّةَ الصَّلَاةِ كَمَا كَانَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يُعَلِّمُنَا فَتَلَا عَلَيَّ هَؤُلَاءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ يَعْنِي قَوْلَ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ فِي التَّشَهُّدِ
