ahmad:4884ʿAbd al-Razzāq > Dāwud / Ibn Qays

[Machine] Translation: "O son, whenever you enter a people's gathering, say 'Peace be upon you.' If they respond to you, then ask for permission to enter. He said, then he saw his son dragging his lower garment, so he said, 'Pull up your garment, for I have heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: Whoever drags his lower garment out of arrogance, Allah will not look at him.'"
