ahmad:4383Yaʿqūb from my father > Ibn Isḥāq

[Machine] Abdul Rahman ibn Al-Aswad ibn Yazid Al-Nakha'i narrated to me that his father said: I heard a man asking Abdullah ibn Mas'ood about the departure of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ from his prayer, whether he would depart to his right or left. Abdullah ibn Mas'ood said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would depart wherever he wished. However, he would mostly depart from his prayer towards his left side and return to his room."
