[Machine] I entered the house of my beloved mother and her aunt was there. She offered me a drink of barley water. When I got up, she said to me, "My son, do not pray until you perform ablution, for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has commanded us to perform ablution from whatever touches fire from food."  

أحمد:٢٦٧٨٥حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْأَخْنَسِ بْنِ شَرِيقٍ قَالَ

دَخَلْتُ عَلَى أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ وَكَانَتْ خَالَتَهُ فَسَقَتْنِي شَرْبَةً مِنْ سَوِيقٍ فَلَمَّا قُمْتُ قَالَتْ لِي أَيْ بُنَيَّ لَا تُصَلِّيَنَّ حَتَّى تَوَضَّأَ فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَدْ أَمَرَنَا بِالْوُضُوءِ مِمَّا مَسَّتِ النَّارُ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ
