[Machine] He said, "It (referring to water) became fragrant for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ when he performed his ritual purification (wudu). Go, and swear by it (the water) for what it washed." So, he returned to it and washed.  

أحمد:٢٦٧٥٩حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ وَجَدَ رِيحَ طِيبٍ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ فَقَالَ مِمَّنْ هَذِهِ الرِّيحُ؟ فَقَالَ مُعَاوِيَةُ مِنِّي يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فَقَالَ مِنْكَ لِعَمْرِي فَقَالَ طَيَّبَتْنِي أُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ وَزَعَمَتْ

أَنَّهَا طَيَّبَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عِنْدَ إِحْرَامِهِ فَقَالَ اذْهَبْ فَأَقْسِمْ عَلَيْهَا لَمَاغَسَلَتْهُ فَرَجَعَ إِلَيْهَا فَغَسَلَتْهُ
