Sacrificing one extra sheep for every five

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded us to offer a sheep for every five sheep as a charitable offering, and he commanded us to do ʿAqīqah with one sheep for a girl and two sheep for a boy.  

أحمد:٢٦١٣٤ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِالْفَرَعِ مِنْ كُلِّ خَمْسِ شِيَاهٍ شَاةٌ وَأَمَرَنَا أَنْ نَعُقَّ عَنِ الْجَارِيَةِ شَاةً وَعَنِ الْغُلَامِ شَاتَيْنِ
