[Machine] When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to purify himself from major impurity, he would begin by performing ablution for prayer. He would then wash his genitals and feet, and he would wipe his hand on the wall. After that, he would pour water over himself, as if I could see the trace of his hand on the wall.  

أحمد:٢٥٩٩٥حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا عُرْوَةُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَزَّازُ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا اغْتَسَلَ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ بَدَأَ فَتَوَضَّأَ وُضُوءَهُ لِلصَّلَاةِ وَغَسَلَ فَرْجَهُ وَقَدَمَيْهِ وَمَسَحَ يَدَهُ بِالْحَائِطِ ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءَ فَكَأَنِّي أَرَى أَثَرَ يَدِهِ فِي الْحَائِطِ
