[Machine] It is narrated that the Prophet ﷺ wiped his face with mucus, saliva, or nasal discharge.  

أحمد:٢٥٩٣٧ – حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حَكَّ مِنَ الْقِبْلَةِ مُخَاطًا أَوْ بُصَاقًا أَوْ نُخَامَةً

bukhari:407 – ʿAbdullāh b. Yūsuf > Mālik > Hishām b. ʿUrwah from his father > ʿĀʾishah

(the mother of faithful believers) Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw some nasal secretions, expectoration or sputum on the wall of the mosque in the direction of the Qibla and scraped it off.

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ رَأَى فِي جِدَارِ الْقِبْلَةِ مُخَاطًا أَوْ بُصَاقًا أَوْ نُخَامَةً فَحَكَّهُ  

muslim:549 – Qutaybah b. Saʿīd > Mālik b. Anas Fīmā Quriʾ ʿAlayh > Hishām b. ʿUrwah from his father > ʿĀʾishah

The Apostle of Allah (may, peace be upon him) saw spittle or snot or sputum, sticking to the wall towards Qibla and scratched it off.
