[Machine] That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no contagion, no bird omen, no serpent omen, and no evil omen." Samaak mentioned that the serpent omen is a creature that is found in the stomach of a human. A man said, "O Messenger of Allah, there is a scabies in the camels, it afflicts one in every hundred, so can we offer it as a sacrifice?" The Prophet ﷺ said, "Who started this?"  

أحمد:٢٤٢٥حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا عَدْوَى وَلا طِيَرَةَ وَلاصَفَرَ وَلا هَامَ فَذَكَرَ سِمَاكٌ أَنَّ الصَّفَرَ دَابَّةٌ تَكُونُ فِي بَطْنِ الْإِنْسَانِ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ تَكُونُ فِي الْإِبِلِ الْجَرِبَةُ فِي الْمِائَةِ فَتُجْرِبُهَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَمَنْ أَعْدَى الْأَوَّلَ؟
