[Machine] The person with a limp, indeed, he is from the best or the most righteous of people. Awf said, "I bear witness that I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, 'Only a ruler, a commander, or a delegate should speak.'"  

أحمد:٢٣٩٧٢حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ قَالَ دَخَلَ عَوْفُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ هُوَ وَذُو الْكَلَاعِ مَسْجِدَ بَيْتِ الْمَقْدِسِ فَقَالَ لَهُ عَوْفٌ عِنْدَكَ ابْنُ عَمِّكَ فَقَالَ

ذُو الْكَلَاعِ أَمَا إِنَّهُ مِنْ خَيْرِ أَوْ مِنْ أَصْلَحِ النَّاسِ فَقَالَ عَوْفٌ أَشْهَدُ لَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَقُصُّ إِلَّا أَمِيرٌ أَوْ مَأْمُورٌ أَوْ مُتَكَلِّفٌ
