ahmad:2316ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad And Samiʿtuh > Minh > Abū Khālid al-Aḥmar > Ḥajjāj > al-Ḥakam > Miqsam > Ibn ʿAbbās

[Machine] A man took a woman or abducted her, and she resisted him by standing up with his sword, so he killed her. The Prophet ﷺ passed by her, and he was informed about her situation. He forbade killing women.  

أحمد:٢٣١٦حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْهُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَخَذَ امْرَأَةً أَوْ سَبَاهَا فَنَازَعَتْهُ قَائِمَ سَيْفِهِ فَقَتَلَهَا فَمَرَّ عَلَيْهَا النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَأُخْبِرَ بِأَمْرِهَا فَنَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ
