[Machine] The sun set and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his companions stood up. He recited a long Surah, then performed a bow, raised his head and recited again, then performed another bow and made two prostrations. He then stood up and recited and performed a bow, then made two prostrations. This made a total of four bows and four prostrations in two units of prayer.  

أحمد:١٨٦٤حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ يُوسُفَ عَنْ شَرِيكٍ عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

كَسَفَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَصْحَابُهُ فَقَرَأَ سُورَةً طَوِيلَةً ثُمَّ رَكَعَ ثُمَّ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ فَقَرَأَ ثُمَّ رَكَعَ وَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَقَرَأَ وَرَكَعَ ثُمَّ سَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ وَأَرْبَعَ سَجَدَاتٍ فِي رَكْعَتَيْنِ
