[Machine] Said bin Zaid, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No blessing is in the price of land or a house that is not made in the land or a house."  

أحمد:١٦٥٠ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ قَالَ قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ فَقَاسَمْتُ أَخِي فَقَالَ

سَعِيدُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يُبَارَكُ فِي ثَمَنِ أَرْضٍ وَلا دَارٍ لَا يُجْعَلُ فِي أَرْضٍ وَلا دَارٍ
