[Machine] I went to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "I have lost my eyesight." He mentioned its meaning, except that he said, "Malik ibn Dukhshun, or perhaps Dukhayshin, said: 'It is forbidden for fire.' And he did not say, 'He was from the Battle of Badr.'"  

أحمد:١٦٤٨٣حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ عِتْبَانَ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقُلْتُ إِنِّي قَدْ أَنْكَرْتُ بَصَرِي فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَالِكُ بْنُ الدُّخْشُنِ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ الدُّخَيْشِنِ وَقَالَ حُرِّمَ عَلَى النَّارِ وَلَمْ يَقُلْ كَانَ بَدْرِيًّا
