[Machine] Amr ibn Hazm was called to a woman in the city who was bitten by a snake that she wanted him to cure. He refused, so it was reported to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He called him and said, "O Messenger of Allah, you reproach against using incantations." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Recite it upon me." He recited it upon the Prophet, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no harm, it is only verses of the Quran, so recite them upon her."
