[Machine] Narrated by Jubair bin Abdullah, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, "O Jubair, do you have a wife?" I replied, "Yes." He asked, "Did you marry a virgin or a previously married woman?" I responded, "I married her when she was previously married." He then said to me, "Why don't you marry a young woman who has not been married before?" I explained to him that my father was killed during a certain battle, and he left me, my sisters, and my mother as widows. I disliked the idea of being intimate with one of the young women, similar to being intimate with my own sisters. Therefore, I married a previously married woman who plucks lice from one of her sisters and sews a torn garment of another sister if needed. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "You have done well."
