ahmad:12044Ibn Abū ʿAdī > Ḥumaydʿan Anas

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not ask me about anything until the Day of Resurrection, except that I will inform you." Abdullah ibn Hudhafah said, "O Messenger of Allah, who is my father?" He said, "Your father is Hudhafah." His mother said, "Did you want anything from him?" He said, "I wanted to rest." It was said about him (Abdullah ibn Hudhafah), Humaid said, and I think this is narrated from Anas, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ became angry. Umar said, "We are content with Allah as our Lord, Islam as our religion, and Muhammad ﷺ as our Prophet. We seek refuge with Allah from the anger of Allah and the anger of His Messenger."
