ahmad:10937Hāshim > Sharīk > ʿAbd al-Malik b. ʿUmayr > Ziyād al-Ḥārithī Qālasamiʿt a man Saʾal Abū Hurayrah Ant al--Adhī Tanhá al-Nās

[Machine] He said, "I heard a man ask Abu Huraira, 'Are you the one who prohibits people from praying in their shoes?' He replied, 'By the Lord of this sanctity, by the Lord of this sanctity, I have certainly seen Muhammad ﷺ praying in this place with his shoes on, and then he left while still wearing them.'"  

أحمد:١٠٩٣٧حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْحَارِثِيِّ

قَالَسَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ أَنْتَ الَّذِي تَنْهَى النَّاسَ أَنْ يُصَلُّوا فِي نِعَالِهِمْ؟ قَالَ هَا وَرَبِّ هَذِهِ الْحُرْمَةِ هَا وَرَبِّ هَذِهِ الْحُرْمَةِ لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ يُصَلِّي إِلَى هَذَا الْمَقَامِ فِي نَعْلَيْهِ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ وَهُمَا عَلَيْهِ
