[Machine] And a man said to him, "Are you the one who forbids people from fasting on Friday?" He replied, "By the Lord of this Ka'bah, yes, by the Lord of this Ka'bah, I heard the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ say, 'None of you should fast on Friday alone, unless it is accompanied by another day. And I saw the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ praying while wearing his sandals, then he left while still wearing them."  

وَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ أَنْتَ الَّذِي تَنْهَى النَّاسَ عَنْ صَوْمِ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ؟ قَالَ فَقَالَ هَا وَرَبِّ هَذِهِ الْكَعْبَةِ هَا وَرَبِّهَذِهِ الْكَعْبَةِ ثَلَاثًا لَقَدْ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا يَصُومُ أَحَدُكُمْ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَحْدَهُ إِلَّا فِي أَيَّامٍ مَعَهُ وَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ مُحَمَّدًا ﷺ يُصَلِّي وَعَلَيْهِ نَعْلَاهُ ثُمَّ يَنْصَرِفُ وَهُمَا عَلَيْهِ
