[Machine] Al-Masuudi and I don't know except that he raised it to the Prophet ﷺ . He said, "The excellence of water is not prevented after it is no longer needed, nor the excellence of a pasture."

الْمَسْعُودِيُّ وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا قَدْ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ لَا يُمْنَعُ فَضْلُ مَاءٍ بَعْدَ أَنْ يُسْتَغْنَى عَنْهُ وَلَا فَضْلُ مَرْعَى
