ahmad:10252 – Surayj b. al-Nuʿmān > Fulayḥ > Hilāl > ʿAbd al-Raḥman > Abū Hurayrah

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: When one of you performs istinja, let them perform the Witr prayer. And if a dog licks the utensil of one of you, let them wash it seven times and let not the dog's saliva prevent the flow of water, for it is only the dog's mouth that is impure. And it is the right of camels to be milked upon water on the day of their watering.  

أحمد:١٠٢٥٢ – حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ عَنْ هِلَالٍ عَنْعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا اسْتَجْمَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيُوتِرْ وَإِذَا وَلَغَ الْكَلْبُ فِي إِنَاءِ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلْيَغْسِلْهُ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ وَلَا يَمْنَعْ فَضْلَ مَاءٍ لِيَمْنَعَ بِهِ الْكَلَأَ وَمِنْ حَقِّ الْإِبِلِ أَنْ تُحْلَبَ عَلَى الْمَاءِ يَوْمَ وِرْدِهَا

[Machine] On the authority of the Prophet ﷺ, he said, "When one of you performs istinja (cleansing after using the bathroom), let him perform wudu (ablution). And if a dog licks the utensil of one of you, let him wash it seven times, and do not prevent the water's benefits in order to prevent impurity. And it is the right of the camels to be milked on the water's day of arrival."
