الزهد لأحمد:١٩٣٨ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ نُسَيْرٍ عَنْ بَكْرٍ قَالَ جَاءَتِ ابْنَةُ الرَّبِيعِ وَعِنْدَهُ أَصْحَابٌ لَهُ فَقَالَتْ يَا أَبَتَاهُ أَذْهَبُ أَلْعَبُ فَقَالَ لَا فَقَالَ الْقَوْمُ يَا أَبَا يَزِيدَ ائْذَنْ لَهَا تَلْعَبُ قَالَ

«لَا يُوجَدُ ذَلِكَ فِي صَحِيفَتِي أَنِّي قُلْتُ لَهَا اذْهَبِي الْعَبِي وَلَكِنْ اذْهَبِي فَقُولِي خَيْرًا أَوْ افْعَلِي خَيْرًا»
