abudawud:1602 – al-Rabīʿ b. Sulaymān al-Muʾadhhin > Ibn Wahb > Usāmah b. Zayd > ʿAmr b. Shuʿayb from his father from his grandfather > Baṭn from Fahm Bimaʿná al-Mughīrah > from ʿAshr Qirab Qirbah

‘Amr bin Shu’aib said on the authority of his father that his grandfather reported a sub clan of Fahm. He then narrated the tradition like that of the narrator Al Mughirah. This version has “(They used to give) sadaqah out of ten bags (of honey).” He also added “Two woods of theirs”.  

أبو داود:١٦٠٢ – حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ بَطْنًا مِنْ فَهْمٍ بِمَعْنَى الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ مِنْ عَشْرِ قِرَبٍ قِرْبَةٌ

وَقَالَ وَادِيَيْنِ لَهُمْ

الحاكم:٧٩٦٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ حَرَسَهَا اللَّهُ تَعَالَى ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ أَوْصَى عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ فَقَالَ «الْكَلَالَةَ مَا قُلْتَ؟» قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ وَمَا قُلْتَ؟ قَالَ

«مَنْ لَا وَلَدَ لَهُ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْأَصْلِ مُسْنَدٌ فَإِنَّ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ وَمَا رَاجَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ فِي شَيْءٍ مَا رَاجَعْتُهُ فِيهِ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
