tabarani:2167b – al-Miqdām b. Dāwud > Asad b. Mūsá > Ibn Lahīʿah > Ibn Hubayrah > Abū Tamīm al-Jayshānī ʿAbdullāh b. Mālik > ʿAmr b. al-ʿĀṣ

[Machine] A man from the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ informed me that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Indeed, Allah has added a prayer for you, so pray it between the evening prayer and the dawn prayer, the Witr prayer, the Witr." And it is Abu Basrah Al-Ghifari.  

الطبراني:٢١٦٧b – حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ثنا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ هُبَيْرَةَ أَنَّ أَبَا تَمِيمٍ الْجَيْشَانِيَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مَالِكٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ يَقُولُ

أَخْبَرَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ قَدْ زَادَكُمْ صَلَاةً فَصَلُّوهَا فِيمَا بَيْنَ صَلَاةِ الْعِشَاءِ إِلَى صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ الْوِتْرَ الْوِتْرَ» أَلَا وَإِنَّهُ أَبُو بَصْرَةَ الْغِفَارِيُّ
