السيوطي:٤-٨٣٥b –

"عن سعيد بنِ المسيب قال: خرجَ عليُّ بنُ أبي طالبٍ لبيعةِ أبي بكرٍ فبايعهُ، فَسَمِعَ مقالةَ الأنصارِ، فقال علىٌّ: يَا أَيُّهَا الناسُ: أَيُّكُمْ يُؤَخِّرُ من قدَّم رسولُ الله ﷺ ؟ ! قالَ سعيدُ بنُ المسيبِ: فجاءَ علىٌّ بِكَلِمَة لم يَأتِ بِهَا أحدٌ منهم".
