"عَنْ أَبِى قَيْسِ الأَوْدِى، عَمَّنْ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ عَلِىٍّ: أَنَّهُ أَجَازَ نِكَاحَ امْرأَةٍ زَوَّجَتْهَا (أمُّهَا) بِرضًى مِنْهَا".
