"عَنْ حَنَشٍ قَالَ: أُتِىَ عَلِىٌّ بِرَجُلٍ قَدْ زَنَا بامْرَأَةٍ وَقَدْ تَزَوَجَ بِامْرَأَةٍ، وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا، فَقَالَ: أَزَنَيْتَ؟ فَقَالَ لَمْ أُحْصَنْ، فَأَمَرَ بِهِ فَجُلِدَ مِائةً".
