"عَن القاسمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَّ عَلِيّا وابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ كَانَا يُجِيزَانِ الصَّدَقَةَ وَإِنْ لَمْ تُقْبَضْ، وَكَانَ مُعَاذٌ وشُريْحٌ لَا يُجِيزَانِهَا حَتَّى تُقْبَضَ".
