طب عن ميمونة بنت الحارث زوج النبى ﷺ قالت: أَهدت إِلىَّ أُختى أُم حفيدة أَضُبَّا فانصرف رسول اللَّه ﷺ من العشاءِ ومعه (خالد وهو ابن أُختها فقدمت  

إِليه الأَضُبِّ، فأَهوى رسول اللَّه ﷺ وهو يظن أنها دجاجات فقلت: يا رسول اللَّه أَتدرى ما هذا؟ قال: لا، ثُمَّ أَمسك يده, فقلت: هذا ضب, فقال: ذاك وذكره، فقال خالد: أَحرام هو؟ قال: لا فأَكل منه خالد بين يديه وهو ينظر، ورجاله ثقات، وفيهم (محمد بن إِسحاق) وهو صدوق
