("خُذْ الدِّيةَ باركَ اللَّه لَكَ فِيهَا".

طب عن جارية بن ظَفَر الحنفى: أَن رجلا ضرب رجلًا بالسيف على ساعده فقطعها  

من غير مفصل فاستعدى عليه النبىَّ ﷺ فأَمر له بالدِّية، فقال: يا رسول اللَّه، إِنِّى أُريدُ القِصَاصَ، فقال ذلك، ولم يقض له بالقصاص)
