And made your sleep ˹a means for˺ rest  

and made your sleep for rest?, repose for your bodies,
القرآن:٧٨:٩ –

وَجَعَلْنَا نَوْمَكُمْ سُبَاتًا  

{وجعلنا نومكم سباتا} راحة لأبدانكم.
