[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The intellect of a woman is like the intellect of a man until she reaches one-third of her dowry." Abu Abdur-Rahman Ismail ibn Ayyash said: "He (Ismail ibn Ayyash) is weak and makes many mistakes."

الكبرى للنسائي:٦٩٨٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ الرَّمْلِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ضَمْرَةُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ الرَّمْلِيُّ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «عَقْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الرَّجُلِ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ الثُّلُثَ مِنْ دِيَتِهَا» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ضَعِيفٌ كَثِيرُ الْخَطَأِ
