"I undertook a financial responsibility. [1] Then I came to the Prophet and asked him (for help) concerning that. He said: 'Asking (for money) is not permissible except for three: A man who undertakes a financial responsibility between people; he may ask for help with that until the matter is settled, then he should refrain (from asking)."' الكبرى للنسائي:٢٣٧١ – أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ عَرَبِيٍّ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ هَارُونَ بْنِ رِئَابٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي كِنَانَةُ بْنُ نُعَيْمٍ وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ هَارُونَ عَنْ كِنَانَةَ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ مُخَارِقٍ قَالَ

تَحَمَّلْتُ حَمَالَةً فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَسَأَلْتُهُ فِيهَا قَالَ إِنَّ الْمَسْأَلَةَ لَا تَحِلُّ إِلَّا لِثَلَاثَةٍ رَجُلٍ تَحَمَّلَ بِحَمَالَةٍ بَيْنَ قَوْمٍ فَيَسَأَلُ فِيهَا حَتَّى يُؤَدِّيَهَا ثُمَّ يُمْسِكَ
