A hadith like this has been narrated by Abu Huraira with another chain of transmitters with a very slight change of words.  

مسلم:٦٤٩cوَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدٌ وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ بِخَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ جُزْءًا
