He who amongst you sees a vision should narrate it and I would interpret it for him, and a person came and said: Messenger of Allah, I saw a canopy. The rest of the hadith is the same.

مسلم:٢٢٦٩d – وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّارِمِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ كَثِيرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَانَ مِمَّا يَقُولُ لأَصْحَابِهِ مَنْ رَأَى مِنْكُمْ رُؤْيَا فَلْيَقُصَّهَا أَعْبُرْهَا لَهُ قَالَ فَجَاءَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ رَأَيْتُ ظُلَّةً بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِهِمْ
