Yahya related to me from Malik from Hisham ibn Urwa that his father used to pray in the desert without a sutra.
أَنَّ أَبَاهُ كَانَ يُصَلِّي فِي الصَّحْرَاءِ إِلَى غَيْرِ سُتْرَةٍ
