malik:2-34 – Mālik > Yaḥyá b. Saʿīd > Saʿīd b. al-Musayyab Yusʾal > al-Wuḍūʾ Min al-Ghāʾiṭ Bi-al-Māʾ

Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said that he heard someone ask Said ibn al-Musayyab about washing off excreta with water. Said said, "That is the way women wash."  

مالك:٢-٣٤ – وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيَّبِ يُسْأَلُ عَنِ الْوُضُوءِ مِنَ الْغَائِطِ بِالْمَاءِ

فَقَالَ سَعِيدٌ إِنَّمَا ذَلِكَ وُضُوءُ النِّسَاءِ
