“Subhana Rabbiyal-‘Azim (Glory is to my Lord, the Most Great)” three times, and when he prostrated he said: “Subhana Rabbiyal-A’la (Glory is to my Lord the Most High)” three times.
أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِذَا رَكَعَ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ وَإِذَا سَجَدَ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الأَعْلَى ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ
The above (No 868) tradition has also been reported through a different chain of narrators by Uqbah ibn Amir to the same effect. This version adds: When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ bowed, he said: "Glory and praise be to my mighty Lord" three times, and when he prostrated himself, he said: "Glory and praise be to my most high Lord" three times. Abu Dawud said: We are afraid the addition of the word "praise" is not guarded.
فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا رَكَعَ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ ثَلاَثًا وَإِذَا سَجَدَ قَالَ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الأَعْلَى وَبِحَمْدِهِ ثَلاَثًا
The Prophet ﷺ said: When one of you bows, he should say three time,:"Glory be to my mighty Lord," and when he prostrates, he should say: "Glory be to my most high Lord" three times. This is the minimum number. Abu Dawud said: The chain of this tradition is broken. The narrator 'Awn did not see 'Abd Allah (b. Mas'ud).
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ إِذَا رَكَعَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَقُلْ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ وَذَلِكَ أَدْنَاهُ وَإِذَا سَجَدَ فَلْيَقُلْ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الأَعْلَى ثَلاَثًا وَذَلِكَ أَدْنَاهُ
"I prayed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he bowed and said when bowing: 'Subhana Rabbial-azim (Glory be to my Lord Almighty).' And when prostrating: 'Subhana Rabbial-'Ala (Glory be to my Lord Most High).'"
صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَرَكَعَ فَقَالَ فِي رُكُوعِهِ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ وَفِي سُجُودِهِ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الأَعْلَى

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي رُكُوعِهِ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّي الْعَظِيمِ ثَلَاثًا وَفِي سُجُودِهِ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّي الْأَعْلَى ثَلَاثًا وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَاهُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ صِلَةَ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ إِلَّا حَمَّادُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ
[AI] The Prophet ﷺ used to say in his bowing: "Glory be to my Lord, the Great," and in his prostration: "Glory be to my Lord, the Most High."
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَقُولُ فِي رُكُوعِهِ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ وَفِي سُجُودِهِ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى
"I prayed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he bowed and said when bowing: 'Subhana Rabbial-azim (Glory be to my Lord Almighty).' And when prostrating: 'Subhana Rabbial-'Ala (Glory be to my Lord Most High).'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 1046)

[AI] He prayed next to the Prophet ﷺ one night and he would say during his bowing, "Glory be to my Lord, the Almighty" and during his prostration, "Glory be to my Lord, the Most High."
أَنَّهُ صَلَّى إِلَى جَنْبِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ لَيْلَةً وَكَانَ يَقُولُ فِي رُكُوعِهِ «سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ» وَفِي سُجُودِهِ «سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى»
[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you bows down in prayer, he should say, 'Subhan Rabbiyal Adheem' (Glory be to my Lord, the Most Great) three times, for his bowing is complete and that is the least. And when he prostrates, he should say, 'Subhan Rabbiyal A'la' (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High) three times, for his prostration is complete and that is the least." This is narrated by 'Awn ibn Abdullah, who did not reach Abdullah ibn Mas'ud.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا رَكَعَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَقَالَ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ فَقَدْ تَمَّ رُكُوعُهُ وَذَلِكَ أَدْنَاهُ وَإِذَا سَجَدَ فَقَالَ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْأَعْلَى يَعْنِي ثَلَاثًا فَقَدْ تَمَّ سُجُودُهُ وَذَلِكَ أَدْنَاهُ هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ عَوْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ
the Prophet said: "When one of you bows then says while he is bowing: (Subhana Rabbiyal Azim) 'Glorious is my Lord the Magnificent' three times, then he has completed his bowing. And that is the least of it. And when he prostrates and says while prostrating: (Subhana Rabbiyal A'la) 'Glorious is my Lord the Most High' three times, then he has completed his prostrations, and that is the least of it.'" “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ‘When anyone of you bows, let him say in his bowing: “Subhana Rabbiyal-‘Azim (Glory is to my Lord, the Most Great)” three times; if he does that his bowing will be complete. And when anyone of you prostrates, let him say in his prostration, ‘Subhana Rabbiyal-A’la (Glory if to my Lord, the Most High)” three times; if he does that, his prostration will be complete, and that is the minimum.’” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 890)
"إِذَا ركع أحدُكُمْ فليُقلْ في رُكوعُه: سبحانَ ربِّى الْعَظيم، ثلاثًا،
فإِذا فعلَ ذلكَ فقد تمَّ (ركوعُه، وذلك أدناه، وإِذا سَجَدَ فليقلْ في سجوده: سبحانَ ربى الأعلى، ثلاثًا، فإِذا فعل ذلك فقد تمَّ) سجودُه، وذلك أدناه.
