ibnmajah:570 – ʿUthmān b. Abū Shaybah > Ḥumayd b. ʿAbd al-Raḥman > Ibn Abū Laylá > al-Ḥakam And Salamah b. Kuhayl > Umā Saʾalā ʿAbdullāh b. Abū Awfá > al-Tayammum

They asked 'Abdullah bin Abi Awfa about dry ablution. He said: "The Prophet commanded 'Ammar to do like this;' and he struck the ground with his palms, shook the dust off and wiped his face. (Da'if)Hakam said, "and his hands," Salamah said, "and his elbows."

ابن ماجة:٥٧٠ – حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَسَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ أَنَّهُمَا سَأَلاَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى عَنِ التَّيَمُّمِ فَقَالَ

أَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَمَّارًا أَنْ يَفْعَلَ هَكَذَا وَضَرَبَ بِيَدَيْهِ إِلَى الأَرْضِ ثُمَّ نَفَضَهُمَا وَمَسَحَ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ قَالَ الْحَكَمُ وَيَدَيْهِ وَقَالَ سَلَمَةُ وَمِرْفَقَيْهِ
