It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet ﷺ used to slaughter at the prayer place (of the ‘Eid congregation).

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَذْبَحُ بِالْمُصَلَّى
