It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed ‘Eid at the prayer place, using a small spear as a Sutrah.  

ابن ماجة:١٣٠٦ – حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الأَيْلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلاَلٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ صَلَّى الْعِيدَ بِالْمُصَلَّى مُسْتَتِرًا بِحَرْبَةٍ
