[Machine] It is narrated that when the Prophet (pbuh) would go out for battle, his last interaction before leaving would be with Fatimah, and when he would return from battle, his first interaction would be with Fatimah. This happened when he went for the Tabuk expedition, and Ali was with him. Fatimah prepared a mat in her house and hung a curtain on her door. She also dyed her face veil with saffron. When her father (pbuh) returned and saw what she had done, he turned back and sat in the mosque. She then sent Bilal to him and told him to ask her father (pbuh) why he did not enter the house. Bilal went to him and asked, and the Prophet (pbuh) replied, "I saw that she changed something." Bilal informed her of the Prophet's (pbuh) reply, so she removed the curtain, took off the mat, threw away what was on her and put on her regular clothes. Bilal informed the Prophet (pbuh) of this, and he came to her, embraced her and said, "This is how you should be, my father and mother be sacrificed for you."
