ذِكْرُ إِبَاحَةِ وَصِيَّةِ الْمَرْءِ وَهُوَ فِي بَلَدٍ نَاءٍ إِلَى الْمُوصِي إِلَيْهِ فِي بَلَدٍ آخَرَ

[Machine] Hijara Ubaidullah ibn Jahsh emigrated to the land of Abyssinia with his wife Umm Habiba bint Abi Sufyan. When they arrived in Abyssinia, he fell ill. When death approached him, he entrusted the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ . The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ married Umm Habiba and sent the Negus, Ashama bin Hasanah, with her.  

ابن حبّان:٦٠٢٧أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرِ بْنِ عُفَيْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسَافِرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

هَاجَرَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَحْشٍ بِأُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ وَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ أَرْضَ الْحَبَشَةِ مَرِضَ فَلَمَّا حَضَرَتْهُ الْوَفَاةُ أَوْصَى إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَتَزَوَّجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أُمَّ حَبِيبَةَ وَبَعَثَ مَعَهَا النَّجَاشِيُّ شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنَ حَسَنَةَ «
