[Machine] "So he approached him, and Umar looked at him and began to cry. He was asked, 'O commander of the believers, what makes you cry for this?' He replied, 'I remembered the saying of Allah Almighty in His book, "A deed that will keep on benefiting others long after the doer has passed away, it will water a blazing fire, fed from a boiling spring." (Surah Al-Ghashiyah, 4). That is what made me cry.' 'This is a story in its own time, for Abu Imran Al-Jawni did not live long enough to witness the time of Umar.'"
فَأَشْرَفَ عَلَيْهِ فَجَعَلَ عُمَرُ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ وَيَبْكِي قَالَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مَا يُبْكِيكَ مِنْ هَذَا؟ قَالَ ذَكَرْتُ قَوْلَ اللَّهِ ﷻ فِي كِتَابِهِ {عَامِلَةٌ نَاصِبَةٌ تَصْلَى نَارًا حَامِيَةً تُسْقَى مِنْ عَيْنٍ آنِيَةٍ} [الغاشية 4] فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي أَبْكَانِي «هَذِهِ حِكَايَةٌ فِي وَقْتِهَا فَإِنَّ أَبَا عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيَّ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ زَمَانَ عُمَرَ» الجوني لم يدرك عمر لكنها حكاية في موضعها
