[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no marriage except with a guardian (wali)." This hadith has been narrated from Abu Ishaq after these two, Zuhayr bin Muawiyah al-Ju'fi and Abu Awana al-Wadah. And the people of narration have unanimously agreed on their precedence and accuracy. Al-Dhahabi remained silent about it in his summarization.
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ» وَقَدْ وَصَلَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ بَعْدَ هَؤُلَاءِ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْجُعْفِيُّ وَأَبُو عَوَانَةَ الْوَضَّاحُ «وَقَدْ أَجْمَعَ أَهْلُ النَّقْلِ عَلَى تَقَدُّمِهِمَا وَحِفْظِهِمَا» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
