[Machine] He informed them that they asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about Witr prayer, and he said Witr prayer is before dawn.  

البيهقي:٤٥١٢ – أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شَاكِرٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَابِقٍ ثنا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ ؓ

أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُمْ سَأَلُوا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْوِتْرِ فَقَالَ الْوِتْرُ قَبْلَ الصُّبْحِ  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ شَيْبَانَ

أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ أَخْبَرَهُمْ أَنَّهُمْ سَأَلُوا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنِ الْوِتْرِ فَقَالَ أَوْتِرُوا قَبْلَ الصُّبْحِ

البيهقي:٦٩٤١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا شُعْبَةُ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ سَمِعَ ابْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى يَقُولُ كَانَ زَيْدُ بْنُ أَرْقَمَ ؓ يُصَلِّي عَلَى جَنَائِزِنَا وَيُكَبِّرُ أَرْبَعًا فَكَبَّرَهَا يَوْمًا خَمْسًا فَقِيلَ لَهُ فِي ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ

إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَبَّرَهَا خَمْسًا  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ شُعْبَةَ
