[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited wearing silk except in the space of one finger or two fingers or three fingers or four fingers, and he gestured with his hand and tied fifty fingers.  

البيهقي:٤٢٠٩أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَطَاءٍ أنبأ سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ خَطَبَ النَّاسَ بِالْجَابِيَةِ فَقَالَ

إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ إِلَّا مَوْضِعَ إِصْبَعٍ أَوْ إِصْبَعَيْنِ أَوْ ثَلَاثٍ أَوْ أَرْبَعٍ وَأَشَارَ بِكَفِّهِ وَعَقَدَ خَمْسَيْنِ
