[Machine] That he would take it out of his eyes. It was said to him, "Indeed, you will rest for seven days, praying only while lying down." He disliked that and said, "It has reached me that whoever leaves prayer while able to pray, will meet Allah while angry with him."  

البيهقي:٣٦٨٤وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا هَارُونُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ لَمَّا سَقَطَ فِي عَيْنَيْهِ الْمَاءُ أَرَادَ

أَنْ يُخْرِجَهُ مِنْ عَيْنَيْهِ فَقِيلَ لَهُ إِنَّكَ تَسْتَلْقِي سَبْعَةَ أَيَّامٍ لَا تُصَلِّي إِلَّا مُسْتَلْقِيًا قَالَ فَكَرِهَ ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ إِنَّهُ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّهُ مَنْ تَرَكَ الصَّلَاةَ وَهُوَ يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ لَقِيَ اللهَ تَعَالَى وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ
